REQUIREMENTS


-More than 2 y experience in designing and implementing business operations.

-Don't find fault. Find a remedy. (Solution focused).

-Experienced in working within a startup environment.

-Hyper - proactive.

-Good in strategy.

-Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

-Strong writing experience within community.

-Identify opportunities to increase visibility and improve customer experience.

-Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

SOFT SKILLS


-Organized; adept at project management.

-Ability to quickly adapt to change.

-Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to engage and build positive and supportive relationships with staff, users and Poppins.

-Self-starter: can work independently as well as in a team.

-Sense of humor.

-Be open to new ideas and changes.

RESPONSABILITIES


-Ensuring KPI are in place and production targets are met.

-Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.

-Recruit, train and supervise our Poppins Team.

-Manage and lead the customer service department.

-Growth Management of MyPoppins (Spain & International).
